A friend recently turned me on to Hibiscus Tea. The color is absolutely gorgeous and would look at home in a wine goblet…. AND I drink it in my favorite mug anyway 😊
I find it to be calming in the evening as an alternative to grown-up beverages, and just the ritual of making it has become a favorite in the evening. OH! And it is yummy iced and I like it hot or cold with just a little raw honey.
Hibiscus tea has a surprising number of benefits according to the Cleveland Clinic:
The fruity flavor of hibiscus is tangy and sweet, making it perfect for tea. Registered dietitian Beth Czerwony, RD, LD, shares several ways hibiscus can contribute to a healthy lifestyle.
1. Protects with antioxidants
