When I was a New Mama, I felt guilty that I couldn’t keep my kids healthy. I felt shame about running to the Dr. all the time for advice. I felt uncertainty about giving my kids prescription or over-the-counter medications. I also felt shame and guilt about compromising as I tried to juggle being Mama and my Career. I want to share what I’ve learned to help Mamas like you avoid the guilt, shame, compromise, and uncertainty as you keep your family healthy naturally.
After climbing the ranks of a powerful international organization and achieving what most would consider “The Dream,” Natalie believed there was more. In fact, she believed it so strongly that in 2013, she walked away from an executive income, an impressive status with an international airline, and clientele worth over $10 billion with more than 1 million employees.
Terrifying? Completely. Rewarding? Absolutely.
What Natalie found was a life more rewarding than she dreamed of. She chose to be more present with her family and friends. She chose to dedicate her career to helping Mamas keep their families happy and healthy.
